I am a product/experience designer with over 15 years’ experience in user-focused design for B2C, B2B, and internal products, working within agencies, nimble startups and large global organisation.

My expertise spans finance, technology, energy, and government, with clients such as Barclays, NS&I, HSBC, NatWest, BP, Centrica, IBM, Sony, ITV, and Heathrow.

I take a data-driven approach to identify user pain points, combining empathy and creativity to enhance digital experiences for millions. Hands-on at every stage of the design process, I lead research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and the creation of design artefacts. I also lead workshops, gather stakeholder requirements, and refine designs through user testing.

Skilled in both managing and executing, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, scalable designs aligned with brand objectives. Always exploring emerging technologies like AI, I turn abstract ideas into actionable outputs, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
